Weekend in Wenatchee

Here's some shots from last weekend, probably our last this year, out at the Bankses' cabin in Plain, WA (heavy sigh). We had a wonderful relaxing weekend of not doing too much but enjoying the company and listening the Wenatchee river rage by. It's such a treat to be in such a special place with such excellent people.


Simon LOVES fruit, here he's been going to town on a nectarine.

Capt. Dork and Cmdr. Tahd, as if this world wasn't lacking in good male role models...We played horseshoes and lots of progressive rummy.

Quick afternoon in Leavenworth, where it's Germany and Christmas year round!! Not a bad view of the mountains though.

Ash includes this shot b/c both her mom & dad will look at this photo and say "I have a picture of Ash that looks exactly like that." No wonder everyone keeps thinking Simon is a girl...
