X-Mas in Plain with the Bankseses

So the munchkin was loaded into the car along with everything else we owned and driven up through the Pass to just east of the Cascades to the Banks' place on the Wanatchee River. As you can clearly see there was a lot of snow and the drive was scary at the top of the Pass but then it was fine. We relaxed all weekend and drank and ate and played games and kept wood on the fire. Simon mostly behaved himself. He is a baby after all and pooped and peed himself but who doesn't every once in a while? Gifts were much appreciated bu the little one and the big 'uns all.

Now on to the New Year. Hope every one makes the best of it. I know we will no matter where we end up.

Week 6-ish

Week six found Simon relaxing a bit more than in the previous weeks. He smiles a bit more and can have peaceful moments of calm. When he starts to coo he can do no wrong - the sound is one of the sweetest ever. We still love him, he seems to be a keeper. The last picture in this bunch is the best I think.
